Daflex ultra flexible sub-miniature wire series using fine, soft bare stranding and thin PVC walls, is designed for continuous flexing applications such as data processing, mercury thermostats, magnetic memory drums, rotation servo platforms and robotics.

This series is suited for low voltage applications where flexibility is required; such as missiles, computer, bio-medical instruments, recorders and servers. Each conductor in the cable is flexible, finely stranded BC or tinned copper*.

Hard drawn bare copper welded to a solid steel core. 40% conductivity. Hard Drawn; will not stretch. Used for hi-tensile strength requirements such as short wave and transmitting aerials. Constructions have low R.F. resistance for antennas.

Soft annealed tinned copper braid tightly woven, rolled flat at time of manufacture. It is extremely flexible. Useful as battery grounding, bonding strap for aircraft, vehicles, marine equipment. Eliminates ignition interference.

DAFLEX SM278 is a flexible, large ratio, heat shrinkable tubing with a meltable adhesive liner. When 120°C is applied, the tubing will shrink to 25% of its supplied size (4:1). Longitudinal shrinkage is 10% maximum.
