Nylon fiber flat braided impregnated with MW microcrystaline fungicidal wax or liquid nylon. Stays flat. Designed to create a wider contact to distribute the stress. Flexible. Won't slip when knotted. Resistant to fungus, flame, abrasion, acids.
MIL-T-43435 (new) supersedes MIL-T-713 (old).
A-A-52080 Type 1, Finish B or G.
Finish B is nylon fiber flat braided lacing tape impregnated with MW microcrystaline fungicidal wax.
Finish G is nylon fiber flat braided lacing tape impregnated with liquid nylon.
Finish G is resistant to oils and other chemicals such as skydol, methanol and Freon.

Dacron fiber, flat braided, impregnated with a non-slip fungicidal finish (B) or an elastomer (C). Will not cut or damage insulation. Stays flat. Mil-T-43436 Type II Finish B. 40% maximum elongation. 350°F. Meets AA-52081B or C.

Teflon coated fiberglass flat braided lacing tape bonded for high temp, operations (800ºF) Stays flat — for strength, stability. Teflon finish increases strength and abrasion resistant surface. Will not cut or damage insulation.
