DAFLEX D105 series is extruded from specifically compounded vinyl resins for superior all around performance. It is UL approved for 105°C, conforms to MIL-I-631D, Type F, Form U, Grade C, Category 1. It is non-flammable & meets UL VW-1 flammability test.

UL VW-1, For High Temperature Applications to 1200°F. Daflex D1200 sleeving is an extremely flexible, tightly braided class C fiberglass sleeving. It is non-flammable and treated for removal of all organic matter.

Made from an inorganic fiberglass base sleeving with a heat resistant extremely flexible, tough plastic insulation coating. Passes UL VW-1 flame test. UL standard 1441. MIL-I-3190/2, VW-1, ASTM D372, NEMA GRADE B-B-1 4000 V.

Braided fiberglass sleeving with a uniform coating of silicone rubber. Cuts cleanly and will not fray. The tubing remains flexible from -55°C to +200°C. Can be "pushed-back" easily and has high cut through resistance. 200°C MIL-I-3190/6 Grade A

When slipped over an irregular or hard to insulate shape, Daflex CONFORM-A-TUBE stretches up to twice its supplied size, while maintaining its dielectric strength, and snug fit, without the need for heat.

Daflon 500 tubing is extruded from Dupont Tetrafluoroethylene resin and is unmatched by any other tubing for use in applications for hi-frequencies and hi-temperatures. Rated for continuous operation of 250°C.

Daflon 550 tubing is extruded from Dupont Tetrafluoroethylene resin and is unmatched by any other tubing for use in applications for hi-frequencies and hi-temperatures. Rated for continuous operation of 250°C.

This series offers extruded Teflon tubing with ultra miniature inside diameters (to .002") and walls (.0015"). The DAFLON DUT Series may be used as a mechanically superior replacement for many fluoropolymer dispersion-coated wires.

DAFLEX ST250 cold shrinking Stretch-N-Seal tape requires no heat to provide a secure covering where the size and or shape of an object does not permit the use of shrinkable tubing.
