PTFE Hook-Up Wire
Daburn’s Ultra Flexible Microminiature PTFE hook-up wire is similar to our Daburn #2451 series but uses higher stranding in the conductors for ultra flexibility. It is also chemically inert, weather resistant and non-flammable. It resists soldering irons and moisture and maintains the benefits of PTFE wire, while in a tiny package. The Ultra-Flexible Microminiature series of ultra thin walled PTFE insulation offers savings of space and weight for applications ranging from medical, aircraft, missile, space and compact electronic components.
Description: Single conductor stranded silver plated copper or bare copper (50 AWG strand constructions) covered with multiple layers of PTFE insulation. This construction allows for a uniform, flexible, concentric, quality construction.
Operating Temperature: -90°C to +250°C (*200°C for bare copper 50 AWG strand constructions)
Voltage Rating: 300V.
This series is RoHS compliant.

This miniature hook-up wire is suitable in miniature slip ring assemblies, as interconnecting wire between wafers in microminiature electronic circuitry, instrument wire, medical wire, subminiature thermo-couple lead wire, strain gauge wire, etc.
