Description:Daflex ultra flexible sub-miniature and microminiature hook-up wire series using fine, soft bare stranding and thin PVC walls, is designed for continuous flexing applications such as data processing, mercury thermostats, magnetic memory drums, rotation servo platforms and robotics. The PVC cable insulation offers superior limpness and flexing characteristics from -40°C to +105°C. It is specially formulated to minimize kinking and fatigue, and it resists acids, alkalis, oils, solvents.
This series is RoHS compliant and meets UL Style 1692 and 1568 specifications.

One conductor, tinned copper with .010" irradiated PVC insulation (XLPVC). Daburn's irradiated PVC Hook-up wire is far superior to ordinary PVC in temperature, abrasion and cut-through resistance. (UL Style 1429, CSA AWM, XLPVC MIL-W-16878)

One conductor stranded tinned copper, with 105°C vinyl resin overall. Unshielded. Used as lead wire in computers, transistor circuits, instruments, where fine sizes are required with high temperature conditions.
