50 KV DC, +200°C

#2476 Specification Sheet PDF

Operating Temperature:
-65°C to +200°C

Low coefficient of friction, low flammability, and negligible moisture absorption

Ozone and Corona Resistant

FEP High Voltage Wire 50 KV DC

Description: Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (FEP) high voltage wire. This wire achieves high voltage protection due to the excellent dielectric properties of FEP and therefore has smaller diameters than other high voltage wires. FEP also has a high stress crack resistance and retains its toughness and flexibility even at higher temperatures up to 200°C. This wire is very resistant to chemicals including transformer oils. It has a low coefficient of friction, low flammability, negligible moisture absorption, and excellent resistance to ozone sunlight and weather.

PEEK Heat Shrink Tubing 1.4:1

PEEK is considered the highest performing thermoplastic material due to its ability to withstand extreme temperatures, high pressure and caustic fluids.

Daburn’s SH740 PEEK heat shrink provides a “shrink to fit” layer of protection for sensitive or critical components. When shrunk onto components, it forms an impenetrable second skin that is impervious to contaminants, preserving the integrity and performance of whatever is inside. PEEK’s inherent purity and lubricity make it an excellent choice for applications such as wire coating on medical devices, electronics, wire & cable insulation splice aid, telecom hardware, and oil exploration equipment.
