| DAFLEX Extra-Flexible Miniature & Subminiature Cables |
 Daburn has recently introduced shielded and unshielded cable made from our our popular #2671 Ultra-Flexible Wire. DAFLEX Extra Flexible Miniature and Sub-miniature Cable is constructed using our popular #2671 line of ultra-flexible hook-up wire, which uses fine, soft bare copper high strand counts of specially formulated flexible PVC. When shielded, thin 44 or 40 awg tinned copper braid shield with 90% minimum coverage. Cables have gray flexible thin PVC jackets overall. | Ultra Flexible Sub-Miniature Wire - U/L STYLE 1568, 1692 - Now Available in 38 AWG |
 Daburn has introduced a new size of our popular ultra-flexible wire. The PVC wire is now available in 38 AWG. The Daflex ultra flexible sub-miniature hook-up wire series using fine, soft bare stranding and thin PVC walls, is designed for continuous flexing applications such as data processing, mercury thermostats, magnetic memory drums, rotation servo platforms and robotics. The insulation offers superior limpness and flexing characteristics from -40°C to +80°C. It is specially formulated to minimize kinking and fatigue, and it resists acids, alkalis, oils, solvents. | High Voltage Silicone Rubber Lead Wire available with up to 40KV rating |

 Daburn has silicone rubber lead wire in stock. Choose your size and achieve voltage ratings from 20KV to 40KV. Wire has one conductor stranded copper with extruded flexible rubber insulation overall. Constructions to UL-3239 and nickel plated copper conductor are available. This series is RoHS compliant.. | High Voltage Corona Resistant PTFE Wire Can Replace Bulky Silcone Wire |
|
 This is single conductor silver plated copper wire with corona resistant PTFE insulation. Daburn's CRT Wire has the three unique benefits that are ideal for certain high voltage environments:
1) Small Size: You do not need bulky, thick insulation jacketing as used with silicone rubber and polyethylene insulation to get your Hi-Voltage requirements. Wire used is Mil-Spec QQ-W-343 and Mil-W-16878.
2) Avoids Corona Problems: Corona Resistant PTFE construction is specifically designed to retard and prevent corona penetration. 3) Temperature Variations have No Life Effect: Temperature variations from -90°C to +200°C have no life effect on the corona resistant PTFE. In addition, there is no stress or crack failure under severe, adverse conditions including mechanical strain, moisture, corona or chemical conditions.
