Miniature DC-DC Converters For Medical Applications

Our MTWA4 series of DC-DC converters packs a range of features into miniature DIP16 (0.95 x 0.57 x 0.41”) and SMD16 (0.95 x 0.57 x 0.40”) packages to better fit your design. Approved for medical applications, units provide 5,000 Vac input to output 2 MOPP isolation and remote ON/OFF. Their voltage input range (4.5–12 Vdc) is also wider than the standard 4.5–9 Vdc—making them suitable for portable devices. Units feature overvoltage, short circuit and undervoltage protection and meet IEC 60601-1 and RoHS standards.
