Polytron Devices is committed to its products being in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations identified as RoHS2 and RoHS3 Compliant and fulfill the definitions and restrictions defined under Directive 2011/65/EU and 2015/863/ EU of The European Parliament and of the Council of June 8, 2011 and June 4, 2015 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE).

Compliance is evidenced by written declaration from our suppliers, assuring that any potential trace contamination levels of the substances listed above are below the maximum level set by EU 2011/65/EU or are exempt due to their application.
