Daflex cross linked polyolefin end caps are ideal for sealing cable ends, splices, pipes or similar objects against the environment. They insulate, resist weathering, moisture, common fluids and solvents. These end caps can shrink to 1/3.

This tubing meets or exceeds MIL-I-23053/1 Class 1 & 2. It shrinks down 50% of its supplied inside diameter, upon exposure to heat of 150°C/302°F - will remain elastomeric - with no cracks. Longitudinal shrinkage +5% to -10% upon complete shrinkage.

This non-irradiated heat shrinkable PVC tubing is flexible and shrinks 50% when heated to 100°C (212°F) for one minute or less, with approximately 15% longitudinal contraction**. There is controlled shrinkage on the application of heat.

This heavy wall PVC tubing shrinks 50% in diameter when heated to 95°C / 200°F for one minute or less, and has the same characteristics as the DAFLEX SH265 All Purpose Series, except for its heavier wall. The heavier wall allows for additional protection.

DAFLEX SH321 Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin Tubing recovers to 33% of its supplied size when fully recovered. It will shrink, with the application of only 90°C (194°F); it is rated for continuous operation from -55°C to +135°C and will withstand up to 200°C

DAFLEX KYNAR, a semi-rigid shrinkable polyvinylidene fluoride tubing, is free from flaws, pin holes, seams, cracks or inclusions. It is a tough, high temperature, thin wall tubing with high cut through & abrasion resistance. It shrinks 50% in diameter.

Made of modified extruded FEP, the SH400 series will shrink over inserted objects upon exposure to moderate heat. Heretofore, many joints, parts components, devices could not be protected because of high temperature required for shrinkage.

DAFLON SH421 Shrinkable PTFE Tubing recovers to approximately 25% of its expanded size when heated to the gel point (621°F). It is now possible to use shrinkable PTFE tubing over objects which require more than the standard 2:1 shrink down ratio.

This series of Daflon Heat Shrinkable ultra thin wall PTFE offers a range of sizes with ultra-thin walls and a range of shrink ratios. It shrinks at 327°C/621° F.
